Refund Policy

At Graphic Gloss, we want you to feel good — not just in our clothes, but about your shopping experience, too. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ve got you covered — if the issue is due to an error on our end, we’ll handle it at no cost to you.

📦 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to make it right.


🔁 Returns & Return Address

The default return address is the Graphic Gloss facility. If we receive a return, you'll get an automated email notification.

Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

If you choose to use a return address other than the default Graphic Gloss facility, you’ll be responsible for any returned shipments.


🏠 Wrong or Insufficient Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the package will be returned to us. We’ll contact you for an updated address, but please note that reshipping costs will apply.


📬 Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that are unclaimed and returned will incur additional reshipping fees if you still want the item delivered.


🔄 Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues like incorrect sizing. Please check the size guide before placing your order!
