Shopping With Us

When you place an order, you're confirming that:

Made-to-Order Products

Most of our physical products are made especially for you after your order is placed.

Because every item is custom-produced, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Changing your mind
Incorrect shipping information
Personal preference

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Digital Downloads

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

Your purchase gives you permission to use the files according to the product's license, but ownership of the artwork and designs remains with Graphic Gloss.

Unless otherwise stated, you may not:

Resell or redistribute our digital files
Share download links or files
Claim our artwork as your own
Upload our digital products to other marketplaces or file-sharing websites

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

We may update prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Graphic Gloss never stores your payment information.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a guide only.

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delivery dates can't be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and peak holiday seasons.

Everything you see on Graphic Gloss—including artwork, graphics, product designs, logos, branding, photography, website content, and text—is the intellectual property of Graphic Gloss and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
