At Graphic Gloss, every order is made with care, and because many of our products are printed just for you, our return policy is a little different than traditional retail.

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products

This includes graphic tees, wall art, greeting cards, invitations, stickers, and other physical products produced through our trusted print partners.

Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Ordering the wrong color

• Buyer mistakes with shipping information

• Personal preference

We'll Make It Right

If your order arrives with:

• A printing defect

• Manufacturing issue

• Shipping damage

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

📩 Digital Downloads

Due to the instant nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

Once a file has been downloaded or delivered, we can't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you're having trouble accessing your files or believe you've received the wrong file, just reach out—we're happy to help.
