At Graphic Gloss, every order is created with care. Since most of our physical products are made to order, they're produced especially for you after you place your order. Because of this, our return policy is a little different from traditional retail.

📦 Made-to-Order Products

This includes graphic tees, wall art, greeting cards, invitations, stickers, and other physical products.

Since each item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong color

• Changing your mind

• Entering an incorrect shipping address

• Personal preference

✨ We'll Make It Right

If your order arrives with:

• A printing or production defect

• A manufacturing issue

• Damage during shipping

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

💾 Digital Downloads

Due to the instant nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we aren't able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you're having trouble accessing your files or believe you've received the wrong download, reach out—we're always happy to help get things sorted.
